Reason for buying a membership:
We went shopping for a well-built condo, ski in/out at Deer Valley through a Realtor on Main St., Park City. She listened to our needs and then asked how many days we thought we'd ski out West in one year. After hearing our struggle to say 5 - 6 at the most, she said, "Well, I have a new type of ownership to tell you about."That's how we learned about integral ownership, toured the Club and found it met all our needs and more.

Message to a potential buyer:
The Deer Valley Club offers much more than brick and mortar and location - it's a home away from home on the most beautiful mountain in the West. Not only are the accommodations comfortable, but the extra amenities fulfill all our needs - pool, hot tub, recreation room and bar, family gathering room, weekly owner's meet-and-greet parties, and a fabulous restaurant right there at the Club. The front office offers transportation all around town; the Concierge can do any magic you wish; the management is always responsive to any and all requests; and the Activities Director makes every day fun - even if you're visiting the Club alone. The locker room facilities and ski services are terrific and add a touch of congeniality to the ski in/out (at 8,000 ft.). We did our math comparing all the Club offered to the fine hotels with similar services, and our decision to purchase at the Deer Valley Club was made. It's been so great that we now own two units!
